Returns and Exchanges

Your total satisfaction is our main goal. If you are not satisfied with a product, it is possible within a 10 day period of your billing date to return the product. In any case, the product must be new, unopened, unused and accompanied with all instructions, manuals, decals and the original invoice (bill). Hobby 2000 reserves the right not to exchange or credit the product if all the above mentioned conditions are not met or respected. All exchanges are subject to in stock availability of the products. No refund; only credit in store.

Before returning a product you must first contact us to get authorisation from us to do so.

All return shipping fees are at the buyer’s expense. We don’t accept COD charges.

There are no guaranties or returns accepted on the following items:

  • Fuel
  • Glow plugs
  • Batteries
  • Electronic part (ESC, servo, radio, motor) (Manufacturer's warranty)
  • Paint
  • Adhesive products
  • Software

Defective products

Any fabrication defect is guaranteed by the manufacturer’s warranty only. Hobby 2000 does not offer any additional warranty or guaranty what so ever.

If you purchase a kit (complete vehicle) and parts are missing, you must contact us within 30 days of the date of purchase of your vehicle. After the 30 days; you must contact the manufacturer directly for replacement parts.

If an item is defective, you must contact us within 30 days of the date of purchase of your item. After the 30 days; you must refer to the manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer, not Hobby 2000, is responsible for all manufacturing defects.

Most products of an electronic nature such as remote control, ESC (speed controller), motor, charger, etc. are guaranteed by the manufacturer and must be returned directly to him so that he can repair or replace them. In this case; you should contact the manufacturer directly. Many items have different warranty policies.
